Stretching your Strengths to Bounce Forward

When we talk about resilience we often focus on bouncing back from adversity. But we also need resilience to push ourselves beyond our comfort zones and seize new opportunities – to bounce forward. Each of us has distinctive psychological strengths that DRIVE our success both in good times and bad. While we can rely on our strengths for resilience when times are tough, it’s just as important to to stretch them for resilience when we want to bounce forward.
