Learning to Flourish helps teachers and pupils harness their distinctive, authentic and energising personal strengths using positive psychology.  After working with us, teachers are better equipped to navigate change and have effective coaching conversations during professional review and development conversations. Teachers use our our personal health and safety curricula to prepare pupils for life beyond school and personal statements for further education and employers.

What is it?

Teacher-delivered lesson that helps S5 and S6 pupils draft their personal statements for further education and articulate their career goals  in employment interviews.
